Statuses
Statuses in the application/selection process:
Applicants for a course with tutoring undergo a selection process, which can result in one of the statuses shown in the table below. For courses without tutoring, there is no selection process, and the applicant directly receives an enrollment status.

| Application Submitted | Status assigned to applicants for a course that requires selection. It is present only for open classes that have not yet started. | INITIAL |
| Application Canceled | Status assigned to applicants who cancel their application via the Secretariat (Enap's website) before the course starts. | FINAL |
| Application Rejected | Status assigned to applicants whose application was rejected for a course that requires selection. | FINAL |
Enrollment Statuses:
Applicants whose enrollments were confirmed in the process are eligible to take the course for which they applied. After the application process, an applicant's enrollment will be in one of the statuses listed in the table below. Final enrollment statuses are recorded in the system after the offering's end date.

| Enrolled | Status assigned to the selected applicant (after application submission), or to an applicant enrolled in a course that does not require selection. It is present only for open classes. | INITIAL |
| Removed | Status assigned to a student who is removed from a class. This can occur if a student was mistakenly added to a class and needs to be removed. | FINAL |
| Completed | Status assigned to a participant who meets all course approval criteria. | FINAL |
| Dropout | Status used when the student does not cancel and does not complete any graded activities in the course. | FINAL |
| Enrollment Suspended | Status assigned to a participant who suspends their enrollment in the LMS (AVA) after the course has started. | FINAL |
| Not Completed | Status used when the student completes at least one graded activity (and may have completed all of them) but did not meet all criteria required for approval. | FINAL |
